About the role
We are on the lookout for an Assistant Café/Restaurant Manager to join a bustling café known for its exceptional coffee and vibrant atmosphere in the Vic Park area. You’ll work alongside the Café Manager to ensure smooth operations, support the team, and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead the team to maintain high service standards.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage stock levels and supplier orders.
- Ensure food and beverage quality aligns with venue standards.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Passion for exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
