Drive sales targets and implement strategies to achieve or exceed goals. Supervise and train sales team members on product knowledge, customer engagement, and selling techniques. Monitor inventory levels, manage stock allocation, and coordinate replenishments with the inventory team. Work closely with brands and vendors to implement promotions, discounts, and new product launches. Track sales trends, analyze performance data, and report to the Branch Manager. Support marketing efforts through in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launch activities. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain satisfaction.
