The Assistant Bursar is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and providing support to students and staff.
Responsibilities
- Process tuition payments and refunds
- Maintain accurate student financial records
- Respond to inquiries regarding billing and payment issues
- Prepare reports and financial statements as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial management role
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
