About the role

The Assistant Bursar is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and providing support to students and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Process tuition payments and refunds
  • Maintain accurate student financial records
  • Respond to inquiries regarding billing and payment issues
  • Prepare reports and financial statements as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial management role
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
