Assistant Bulk Loader (Night Shift 6P-6A)
About the role
Ardent Mills is seeking an Assistant Bulk Loader for night shift positions. This role operates under the supervision of the Bulk Operator and is responsible for loading bulk deliver vessels and sanitation duties to maintain food safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Load bulk deliver vessels
- Perform sanitation duties to ensure food safety compliance
- Support the bulk loading process to meet production goals
Requirements
Must be able to ascend and descend stairs, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, rotate, bend/stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance, reach, and work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay
The starting range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. The targeted bonus plan and percentage amount for this role is 5% of annual base pay.
