About the role

The Assistant Bulk Deli Manager will assist the Bulk Deli Manager in conducting the proper operation for the Bulk Deli department. This position will assist in coordinating the employees' work to achieve satisfactory operating results that comply with company procedures, policies, and execute company goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting the proper operation for the Bulk Deli department
• Avoids unsafe conditions and practices by reporting hazards to management
• Ensures compliance with company procedures, policies, and goals
• Acts as a role model of professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision making at all times

Requirements

• Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of experience in a similar role preferred

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
