Compensation details: 45117-67848 Yearly Salary PI70a1e08cedf7-25448-41696544 We need to remove boilerplate: Department, Reports to, Supervises, Status, Must already be authorized..., Relocation not provided, etc. Also remove the final line about signature etc. Also remove the "This Job Description..." etc. Also remove the compensation line? Actually compensation details: we have salary range: 45117-67848 Yearly Salary. That is compensation. So we should include a Pay section with that salary range. Also maybe Benefits? The posting says "We offer generous compensation and benefits while fostering opportunities for growth and flexible work schedules when appropriate." That mentions benefits and flexible work schedules. So we could include Benefits and Schedule sections if they have specific content. The phrase "generous compensation and benefits" is vague; but we have no explicit benefits list. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It says "We offer generous compensation and benefits while fostering opportunities for growth and flexible work schedules when appropriate." That mentions benefits and flexible work schedules. It's not a list but it's stating that benefits exist and flexible work schedules when appropriate. Should we include Benefits and Schedule sections? The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD")". Here we have a statement that benefits are offered but not specific. Is that considered specific enough? It says "generous compensation and benefits". That's vague but still states that benefits are offered. However the instruction says avoid filler/placeholder text like "varies", "TBD". "generous compensation and benefits" is not placeholder but still vague. I'd lean to include Benefits and Schedule sections only if there is specific content. Since they only say "benefits" and "flexible work schedules when appropriate", that's somewhat specific but not a list. Might be okay to include them with a short paragraph. However they also said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we combine Benefits and Schedule into a single section? But headings are prescribed: we can only use those headings. Could we omit Benefits and Schedule if not specific? The posting does mention benefits and flexible work schedules, but not details. I'd decide to include a Benefits section with a short paragraph: "Partners Bank offers generous compensation and benefits." And a Schedule section: "Flexible work schedules are offered when appropriate." That seems to capture the content. Also we need About the role section: maybe the summary paragraph after "Partners Bank is a rapidly growing..." could be About the role. The "Summary For Assistant Branch Manager I" could be About the role. We'll treat that as About the role. Responsibilities: could be the "Specific Job Functions" list. Or also the earlier summary includes responsibilities. We'll put Responsibilities as the Specific Job Functions list. Requirements: the "Job Requirements" list. Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we could treat Requirements as Qualifications. However we need to decide which sections to include. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section, maybe "Requirements". But we have headings for both; we could include only Requirements and omit Qualifications if content similar. However the posting has "Job Requirements" and also "Specific Job Functions". There's no separate Qualifications section. So we will include Requirements (maybe as Qualifications). But we need to follow the headings list: we can use Requirements heading. We'll put the list under

Requirements

. Skills: maybe we could extract skills from requirements: "Proficient verbal and written communication", etc. But we already have them in Requirements. Could create Skills section but that would be thin. Better to not create Skills. Benefits: as described. Pay: salary range. Schedule: flexible work schedules. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

Assistant Branch Manager I

. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for section headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract content. About the role: The paragraph after "Partners Bank is a rapidly growing community bank..." up to before "Summary For Assistant Branch Manager I". Actually the text: "Partners Bank is a rapidly growing community bank with operations in Maine and New Hampshire that has established superior service level expectations. We offer generous compensation and benefits while fostering opportunities for growth and flexible work schedules when appropriate." That's the About the role? Then "Summary For Assistant Branch Manager I" then bullet-like sentences. We could treat the first paragraph as About the role (company overview). Then the summary sentences as Responsibilities? But we already have Specific Job Functions for responsibilities. To avoid duplication, we could treat the summary as part of About the role? However the instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information". So we need to include that summary content somewhere. It could go under Responsibilities as well. But we have Specific Job Functions which are more detailed. We could include both: About the role = company overview paragraph. Responsibilities = the summary bullet points (the list after "Summary For Assistant Branch Manager I") plus maybe the Specific Job Functions? But that would duplicate. Better: About the role = company overview paragraph. Responsibilities = the summary bullet points (the list after Summary). Requirements = Job Requirements list. Benefits = benefits statement. Pay = salary range. Schedule = flexible work schedule statement. We need to ensure we don't lose the Specific Job Functions content. That is substantive. If we omit it, we lose info. So we need to include Specific Job Functions somewhere. Could treat them as Responsibilities as well (more detailed). So we can combine the summary bullet points and Specific Job Functions into one Responsibilities list. That would preserve all. Thus Responsibilities will be a list combining: - Assist the Market Manager in the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and adherence with established regulatory, compliance and operating policies and procedures. - Provide on-going guidance and training to branch staff on products, services, processes, procedures, etc. - Confer and participate with the Market Manager in resolving personnel issues, and in hiring and scheduling staff. - Complete employee performance evaluations and other documentation for their Market Manager’s review as needed. - Oversee workflow and teller and customer service activities independently in the absence of the Market Manager. - Sales production responsibilities for new deposit and consumer loans. - Answers questions on all services the financial institution provides and is proficient in recognizing sales and quality referral opportunities. - Manage overall daily branch operations and ensures staff’s on-going compliance with the Bank’s operating procedures, policies and guidelines. - Responsible for insuring branch cash audits and routine audit/security reports are completed and submitted on schedule. - Oversee teller and customer service staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflows are maintained. - Coach, mentor and provide on-going cross training of staff to build their skills and knowledge in various areas including operations, compliance, sales and service. - Engage in sales activities to promote Partners Bank products and services to existing customers and prospects. - Proficient in the sale, service and personal production of all deposit and consumer loan products and services. - Participate in the preparation and delivery of employee performance evaluations and documentation. - Provide input in the hiring of branch tellers and customer service staff, and employee disciplinary action plans. - Capable of managing the branch temporarily in the Market Manager’s absence - Represent the bank at various community events and encourages staff participation. - Perform additional duties as required. We need to ensure no duplication: some items may be similar but okay. Now Requirements list: - Three or more years of prior supervisory, sales, service and operations experience in a financial institution is necessary. - Proficient verbal and written communication. - Proven strong customer sales, service and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently as well as with a variety of people in a team environment. - Adapt easily to change and is able to effectively handle multiple tasks. - Excellent organizational, problem resolution, technical and computer skills. - Proven supervisory skills with the ability to effectively motivate and direct the activities of others. - Proficient knowledge of branch, teller and customer services processes, policies, guidelines and operating procedures. Now Benefits: "We offer generous compensation and benefits while fostering opportunities for growth and flexible work schedules when appropriate." We could split: Benefits: "Generous compensation and benefits." But we already have Pay section for compensation. Benefits could be "Benefits are
