Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in coaching and developing branch staff to retain a motivated, professional workforce and meet branch goals and sales expectations.
- Train and develop staff on all branch functions, Blaze policies and procedures, and communicate Blaze’s direction and objectives.
- Coach staff on sales techniques and loan procedures to meet monthly CORE product goals, ensuring both employee and overall Credit Union goals are achieved.
- Communicate staff development, performance issues, and recognition opportunities to the Branch Manager.
- Assist the Branch Manager in meeting branch Net Promoter Score (NPS) to ensure superior member service through effective communication.
- Pursue networking opportunities in the community and expand knowledge of industry trends.
- Maintain the appearance and upkeep of the building and grounds to provide a professional atmosphere for members.
- Support daily branch activities and assist the Branch Manager in meeting branch and Credit Union goals.
- Manage staff scheduling, PTO requests, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Provide prompt member service by working the teller line during key times, such as lunch breaks, and act as a resource for staff.
- Back up the New Account and loan application process to extend financial services and expand Credit Union membership.
- Communicate member relationship concerns and sales expectations to the Branch Manager.
- Research and resolve member problems and questions, making necessary corrections.
- Ensure the branch follows security policies, internal controls, and procedures to protect employees, members, and assets.
- Oversee monthly branch audits and ensure compliance with dual control and other security policies.
- Oversee the acceptance of branch cash and cards.
- Work with the Internal Auditor during branch audits as needed.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Minimum 3-4 years of similar or related experience.
- Regular and predictable attendance.

$66,192.04 - $99,288.06 annually.
