Assistant Boys Soccer Coach (Non-Teaching) - EHS
About the role
This position assists the Varsity Head Soccer Coach in supporting the high school soccer program. The primary focus is on mentoring, recruiting, training, coaching, and coordinating aspects of the program while prioritizing the total development of student-athletes.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and train student-athletes
- Recruit new players
- Coach team practices and games
- Coordinate with the head coach on program logistics
- Support the head coach in all aspects of the soccer program

Education/Experience
- Successful (recent) experience in a soccer program within the last five (5) years (desirable)
- Experience working directly with collegiate and/or public school districts (desirable)
- Bachelor’s degree (desirable)
- Experience as a certificated staff member (desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to lead young adults in an athletic setting
- Working knowledge of CIF rules/regulations
- Effective oral and written communication
- Strong organizational skills
