Robbinsdale Armstrong High School – Assistant Coach position

Responsibilities

• Generate an attitude of fair play in accordance with the Minnesota State High School League “Code of Ethics.”
• Carry out all coaching duties, including regular attendance at meets, tournaments, and practice sessions.
• Instruct student-athletes on rules, rule changes, new developments, and innovative coaching ideas.
• Understand and apply the rules and regulations set by the Minnesota State High School League.
• Adhere to the educational and athletic philosophy and objectives of Robbinsdale Area Schools.
• Follow all rules and regulations of Robbinsdale Area Schools.
• Support the development of all levels of play within the program.
• Communicate with feeder programs regarding expectations of “Falcon Pride” and off-season development opportunities.
• Oversee the academic growth of all players and managers in the program.
• Model and mentor all aspects of “Falcon Pride.”

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the sport.
• Coaching licensure.
• Coaching experience preferred.
