Assistant Boys Soccer Coach for Eagle Point High School for 2026-27

Position Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Coach for the Boys Soccer program at Eagle Point High School for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Minimum Requirements

• NFHS Certification (National Federation of State High School Associations)
• Completion of all OSAA Certifications
• Valid First Aid Card, including CPR and AED training
• Successful completion of District Fingerprinting/Criminal Background Check
• All required School District employment paperwork completed
• Completion of Safe Schools training modules

Responsibilities

The Assistant Coach will:

• Support the Athletic Director in developing and implementing the Boys Soccer program
• Work closely with the Head Coach to ensure the team's success
• Foster a positive athletic environment that supports student-athletes' growth both on and off the field
• Participate in team meetings and practices
• Assist in recruiting new players

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A passion for soccer and a commitment to supporting student-athletes
• Experience coaching high school soccer
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and other staff members

Benefits

The position offers:

• Stipend of $5,528 per year as outlined in the District Agreement
