Assistant Behavior Analyst

About the role

Seeking a qualified Behavioral Analyst to lead ABA therapy initiatives, develop individualized behavior plans, conduct assessments, and monitor client progress. The role involves providing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians, maintaining collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and educational staff, and ensuring high-quality treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and set appropriate goals
• Create and implement personalized behavior change plans
• Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school staff to support client progress

Qualifications & Skills

• Passion for working with children with special needs and commitment to applied behavioral analysis
• Current BCaBA certification or LABA license (or eligible to apply)
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
