About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care plans based on client needs
- Facilitate social skills development activities
- Support communication and interaction skills
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., special education, psychology)
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for supporting individuals with autism
Skills
- Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
