Assistant Baseball Coach
About the role
This is a temporary full-time assistant baseball coach position scheduled to work from August 2026 to May 2027. The individual will assist the Head Coach with all aspects of the program.
- Coaching and developing student-athletes athletically and assisting in their personal growth as young people
- Recruitment of qualified student-athletes
- Assist with all aspects of fundraising
- Designing and implementing training
- Home event and equipment management
- Travel planning
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the Head Coach

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree (required)
- Experience in coaching at the college level (preferred)
- Solid knowledge of the sport
- Eagerness to learn and assist with all aspects of coaching
- Strong people skills
- Dedication to enriching the experience of the student-athlete
- Commitment to the development and success of the baseball program
- Knowledge and experience with NCAA rules and regulations
- A valid driver's license
