We're looking for a full-time Assistant Barber Shop Leader in Geneva, IL to help lead our team, inspire your team, and set the tone for a great shop culture.

Responsibilities

• Energize the team and support barbers and stylists
• Maintain high standards on cuts, colors, and shaves
• Provide ongoing mentorship to stylists
• Recruit and ensure the team is stacked with great talent
• Manage inventory, purchase orders, and month-end tasks
• Work behind the chair, staying connected to the client experience while leading by example

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience behind the chair as a barber or stylist in a fast-paced shop
• 1+ year(s) of management experience
• Passion for leadership and building a culture of teamwork and service
• Active Barber or Cosmetology license in the state of Illinois
