What You'll Do

You'll be a key leader in the shop, partnering closely with the Shop Leader to create an incredible experience for both clients and team members.

• Support and inspire a team of talented barbers and stylists
• Coach and mentor team members as they build their skills and confidence
• Help maintain high standards for cuts, colors, shaves, and customer service
• Lead by example behind the chair while staying connected to the client experience
• Assist with recruiting and hiring great talent to strengthen the team
• Help manage inventory, purchase orders, and month-end operational tasks
• Support scheduling, shop operations, and overall business performance
• Build a positive culture people want to be part of
• Partner with the Shop Leader and district leadership to help the shop thrive

In short: you'll help lead the team, support the business, and make a real impact every day.

Requirements

• Active Maryland Barber or Cosmetology License
• 3+ years behind the chair in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role

Qualifications

• Experience with coaching, mentoring, inventory, recruiting, or business operations is a plus
• Someone who leads with positivity, accountability, and passion
