About The Role

The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an Assistant Banquet Manager to join our Banquets team. The Assistant Banquet Manager supports the daily operations, service execution, and team leadership of the Banquet department to ensure every event — large or intimate — reflects Four Seasons’ commitment to exceptional quality and memorable guest experiences. This position works closely with the Director of Banquets and Food & Beverage leadership team. The Assistant Manager provides hands-on guidance throughout event setup, service, and breakdown while fostering a positive, engaged, and service-driven team culture.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and service execution of the Banquet department.
• Provide hands-on guidance during event setup, service, and breakdown.
• Foster a positive, engaged, and service-driven team culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of banquet event management experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
• Work authorization in the United States.

Schedule

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Assistant Managers to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
