Assistant Bakery Manager- Marketing and events

Key Responsibilities

- Represent the Hilltop bakery at community events, vendor shows, and local business visits - Plan and complete marketing routes, donation deliveries, and brand outreach - Assist in coordinating and executing bakery-sponsored and external events - Support in-bakery operations during high-volume days or as needed - Maintain marketing records and log activities using our internal tracking tools

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license required - Company vehicle provided for work-related driving - Bakery shifts may be assigned based on business needs - Strong communication skills and a polished, guest-focused demeanor required
