As an Assistant Audio Visual Technician, you’ll bring meetings and events to life by setting up, operating, and breaking down lighting, sound, and internet equipment. This hands-on position is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with technology, and being part of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll have the opportunity to support a wide variety of events, often working behind the scenes to make them run seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down lighting, sound, and internet equipment for various events.
• Support the smooth operation of events by troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure all audio visual needs are met.
• Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, often working evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with audio visual equipment and technology.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for some events).

Qualifications

• Minimum $17.917840 hourly salary range, depending on qualifications.
• Part-time, 20+ hours per week.
• Eligible for vacation accrual based on hours worked.
