Assistant/Associate/Professor – Criminal Justice Administration

Job Summary

Broad responsibilities include teaching, research and grant writing, and service to the community. This is a face-to-face position. These appointments start in the Fall of 2026.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Primary teaching responsibilities include teaching a broad range of Criminal Justice
• Advise and mentor undergraduate Criminal Justice
• Engage in scholarly research activities which include writing grants.
• Serve on departmental and university committees and engage in other forms of service to the university and academic community.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice, or a related discipline. Candidates with ABDs considered but must have a conferred Ph.D. by August 1, 2026.
• Preference will be given to candidates with Prior Teaching Experience.
