About the role
The University of California, San Diego (UCSD), Department of Pediatrics and Rady Children's Health are seeking Pediatric Endocrinologists to join their Division of Endocrinology. As clinical faculty, the selected candidates will provide patient care in both the outpatient clinic and the inpatient Endocrinology service. They will also support the academic mission by actively participating in or leading teaching, mentoring, research, and/or service activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the outpatient and inpatient Endocrinology services.
- Participate in or lead teaching, mentoring, research, and service activities.
- Collaborate with faculty within the division and with clinical and basic science investigators across departments.
Qualifications
- MD or equivalent, or MD/PhD in a health-related field.
- Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology.
- Eligible for a California medical license or equivalent certification/permit as determined by the Medical Board of California.
