Assistant/Associate/Full Professor - Medical Oncologist

About the role

The Department of Medicine at the University of Florida is seeking applications for a full or part-time medical oncologist for a clinician-researcher track position in the Division of Hematology/Oncology at the Assistant Professor rank or higher.

Responsibilities

• Primarily focus on clinical care
• Contribute significantly to clinical and translational research
• Participate in team-based research initiatives
• Engage in teaching students, residents, and fellows in both clinical and inpatient settings
• Collaborate in various activities, including subspecialty and multidisciplinary clinics at the UF Health main campus, cancer case and research conferences, and clinical trials
• May include an assignment at the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center

Requirements

• Board-certified or board eligible in Medical Oncology
• Eligible for a Florida Medical License or eligible for a Medical Faculty Certificate
