About the role
Chalet Living and Rehab is searching for an Assistant Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in social services, business office, or admissions in the skilled nursing field, and a desire to become a Nursing Home Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Ensure residents receive high-standard care through a positive and inclusive facility culture.
- Set and attain facility-wide goals.
- Solve problems creatively and oversee all aspects of facility operations.
- Ensure residents' comfort and safety through knowledge, skills, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or related field.
- At least two (2) years of prior experience as a Social Services Director in a skilled nursing setting.
