Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Administrator in managing the day-to-day operations of the center
- Aid in coordinating and implementing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a high level of quality care
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement initiatives to improve resident satisfaction, staff engagement, and overall performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including families, physicians, and community partners
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality care standards
Qualifications
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in state of PA strongly preferred
- Show strong leadership skills necessary to successfully manage day-to-day operations in accordance with all local, state and federal codes, rules and regulations
- Show strong financial management and budgetary skills
- Show strong knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and areas of specialty care
- Show strong organizational capabilities
- Show empathy and good listening skills
- Show flexibility and adaptability
- Show ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Show excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Show strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
