About the role
As an Assistant Accounts Receivable Analyst IAB, you will join a collaborative and data-driven team dedicated to resolving Accounts Receivable pain points for clients. You will work closely with top-level Analysts to resolve deductions using IAB's proprietary system and client systems.Responsibilities
- Research and resolve Accounts Receivable issues related to deductions.
- Collaborate with IAB Analysts to enhance client satisfaction and financial performance.
- Utilize multiple computer applications to support deduction resolution processes.
- Enjoy a supportive environment with a focus on research, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience in research and problem-solving is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Entry-level or relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or similar field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
