About The Role We are currently searching for a highly motivated Assistant Account Manager to join our Royalties team! In this role, you’ll get to work closely with all members of this deeply knowledgeable team. To be successful in this role, you have exceptional organizational skills, incredible attention to detail, and you are a self-motivated individual. The ideal candidate possesses critical thinking skills and problem-solving capabilities to analyze contracts and identify relevant information given limited situational context. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Downloading daily statements and update databaseSend out daily statement reportProcess payments and book commissions dailyAllocate band members and producer royalty sharesCreating, sending, and tracking invoices for royalty statementsFollow up on invoices to ensure paymentMonthly and quarterly distributor transfersFilling out misc. forms We Offer Medical, Vision, Dental Health PlansParticipation in 401k plan with company matchHybrid work schedule *3 days in office, 2 days remote*Robust Paid Time Off / Holiday ScheduleCasual, fun work environmentCompany sponsored outings This position is a full-time, overtime exempt position and requires candidates to be onsite at our Nashville office location from the hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm CST.
