Assist Banking Ctr Mgr

Position Purpose

The Assistant Banking Center Manager (ABM) will be responsible for all day-to-day branch operations. The ABM will manage the Banking Associates. The ABM will facilitate all on-site management duties in the Banking Center Manager’s absence. The ABM will also serve as the secondary branch product specialist.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Banking Associates
• Facilitate all on-site management duties in the Banking Center Manager’s absence
• Serve and open all depository relationships at the branch in a professional, courteous, and timely manner

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing banking associates
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of banking products and services

Pay

The pay range for this position is $21-$32 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
