About the role
PwC's tax services team focuses on providing advice and guidance on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. Individuals in tax compliance roles validate clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations, reviewing and analysing financial data, preparing and filing tax returns, and assisting businesses in meeting their tax obligations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop team members to achieve exceptional deliverables
- Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams
- Independently solve and analyze complex problems
- Leverage PwC's technical knowledge and industry insights to address client needs
- Drive digitization, automation, and efficiency improvements
- Coach teams to enhance their skills and performance
- Oversee successful planning, budgeting, and execution of projects
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 4 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify
Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of compliance and consulting for financial partnerships
- In-depth tax technical skills in partnership tax forms
- Experience identifying and addressing client needs
- Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience with automation and digitization in professional services
- Experience with alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
