Asset Protection Manager

This role is based in Orlando, with support responsibilities for Tampa and Jacksonville locations.

The Asset Protection Manager is responsible for protecting company assets, educating stores on Asset Protection strategies to combat shrink, and enforcing policies, procedures, and standards set by the store, department, and company.

Responsibilities

• Implement standards and procedures to control internal and external loss, enforce company policies, monitor internal controls, and maintain awareness of inventory risks.
• Manage physical security systems to safeguard assets.
• Lead, train, and develop security staff, motivating store personnel to embrace loss prevention techniques.
• Collaborate closely with store management on security and personnel procedures.
• Protect employees and maintain ongoing awareness and training around safety issues, fraud prevention, and emergency response protocols.
• Provide weekly quantitative and qualitative reports on losses, recoveries, and policy violations to department leaders and store management.
• Serve as a key partner for store operations in driving loss prevention initiatives.

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate security personnel and store associates, fostering a culture of shared accountability and trust.
• Maintain constant awareness of risk factors, enforce compliance with precision, and ensure a secure environment that safeguards the brand and its people.
• Set clear expectations, drive loss prevention initiatives, and utilize insights and reporting to continuously reduce shrink and protect company assets.

Pay

Salary range: USD $105,000–$115,000 annually, plus bonus opportunity.
