Job Summary

Plans, develops, and executes a comprehensive asset protection program for the field. Designs program methodologies that drive partnerships with internal stakeholders and delivers profit improvements through shrink elimination.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

  • Develops and executes an asset protection program in the field.
  • Plans, develops, and executes short- and long-term strategies to protect company assets, including physical security, critical infrastructure, operational excellence, and loss elimination.
  • Coincides and maintains partnerships with all company departments to positively impact asset protection metrics.
  • Develops high-quality training to support loss elimination.
  • Evaluates operational processes for areas of opportunity and shrink elimination and develops plans to mitigate losses.
  • Establishes standards and performance expectations for asset protection goals.
  • Identifies theft and fraud activity within the field and partners with management to resolve cases.
  • Manages a team of asset protection professionals, including performance managing, coaching, and providing opportunities for growth and development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in asset protection, loss prevention, and physical security within distribution center, warehouse, or supply chain environments.
  • Experience managing safety programs, OSHA compliance, risk assessments, and hazard mitigation.
  • Experience conducting investigations, incident response, and corrective action management.
  • Experience driving regulatory compliance, shrink reduction, and inventory protection initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and security, safety, and warehouse management systems.
  • Wicklander-Zulawski (WZ) certification or training in investigative interviewing techniques preferred.
