The Asset Protection Manager oversees the day-to-day physical security operations of all cannabis retail and manufacturing facilities in the state while collaborating closely with leadership from People Operations, Retail, Facilities, and Manufacturing, as well as with security vendors. This role is critical for ensuring the safety and compliance of both retail and production environments, with a strong focus on minimizing risk and optimizing security protocols across an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day physical security operations across assigned retail and manufacturing facilities.
- Secure premises and personnel by visually inspecting facilities and curtilage, and monitoring surveillance equipment, access points, and contracted security guards.
- Maintain a regulatory compliant environment by setting and monitoring security expectations, including controlling visitor access.
