Pay
Hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.

About the role
This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking customers, and preventing loss at store entrances. Responsibilities include verifying purchases, assisting with returns, and keeping entrances safe and secure.
