Pay
Hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28 per hour. The actual rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.

About the role
This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking customers while preventing loss at store entrances. Responsibilities include verifying purchases, assisting with returned items, and keeping entrances safe and secure.
