Pay
Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour (equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)

About the role
This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking customers, as well as preventing loss at store entrances. Responsibilities include:
- Verifying purchases
- Assisting with returned items
- Maintaining safety and security at store entrances
