Asset Protection Associate - Part Time

What You’ll Do

• Protect the Store: Use advanced CCTV and floor surveillance to spot theft or fraud, and work closely with local law enforcement.
• Create a Welcoming Environment: Act as a high-visibility deterrent to crime by greeting guests, assisting with wheelchairs or firearms tagging, and ensuring the parking lot and sales floor are safe and orderly.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Audit safety practices, handle cash transfers, maintain detailed investigation records, and ensure the store stays compliant and the "back-of-house" stays secure.

The Ideal Candidate

• Loss Prevention Experience: 2-3 years of prior Loss Prevention experience preferred.
• Culture Fit: Arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
• Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
• Physicality: This is a "heavy work" role. Comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
• Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
• Age: Candidate must be at least 18 years old.

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Average of 15 hours per week.
• The Shift: Evening shifts from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
• Weeks: Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
• Pay: The posted compensation is a base hourly rate of $18.00/HR.
