Pay

• Hourly wage: $20 – $33 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the applicable local minimum wage)
• Additional compensation:
  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives
  • Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or work performed); multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met
