Check we didn't miss any substantive info: The description about The RealReal company at end (mission, etc.) is boilerplate? It's about company overview; could be considered substantive but maybe not required. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The company overview might be considered boilerplate but it's not EEO. It's describing the company; could be kept? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The company overview is substantive about the company. However it's near the end after EEO. It might be considered part of the job posting but not required for role. Usually we keep it? The instruction didn't explicitly say to remove company overview. It says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we can keep the company overview paragraph. However it's after EEO and includes "The RealReal is the world’s largest online marketplace..." etc. That's not EEO. It's descriptive. Might be considered substantive. We could include it under About the role maybe? But we already have About the role describing the role. Could add another paragraph under About the role? Might be better to add a separate section "About the company" but not in allowed headings. Since we only allowed those headings, we could incorporate into About the role paragraph. But we must not invent headings. We could add a after About the role that includes company overview. That's still under About the role heading? Actually we already have About the role heading with a paragraph. We could extend that paragraph to include company overview. That would be okay.
Thus About the role paragraph could be longer: include both role description and company overview.
Let's combine: After role description, add a sentence about The RealReal being world's largest online marketplace etc. Ensure we preserve all details.
Let's extract company overview paragraph:
"The RealReal is the world’s largest online marketplace for authenticated, resale luxury goods, with 40 million members. With a rigorous authentication process overseen by experts, The RealReal provides a safe and reliable platform for consumers to buy and sell their luxury items. We have hundreds of in-house gemologists, horologists, and brand authenticators who inspect thousands of items each day. As a sustainable company, we give new life to pieces by thousands of brands across numerous categories—including women's and men's fashion, fine jewelry and watches, art, and home—in support of the circular economy. We make selling effortless with free virtual appointments, in-home pickup, drop-off, and direct shipping. We handle all of the work for consignors, including authenticating, using AI and machine learning to determine optimal pricing, photographing and listing their items, as well as shipping and customer service."
We can append that to About the role paragraph.
Now ensure we didn't include EEO paragraph: "The RealReal is committed to providing an equal employment opportunity..." etc. That's EEO boilerplate; we should remove.
Also remove "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." etc. That's also EEO/legal. Remove.
Also remove "The employee is regularly required to sit; ..." physical demands; that's maybe part of job description but could be considered substantive. However it's after EEO and
