Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Aid new clients through the new relationship onboarding process.
- Understand and prepare paperwork for new accounts based on investment and account type.
- Communicate with clients, Relationship Managers, Asset Managers, vendors, and MMLISI during the new account onboarding process.
- Act as a liaison between Asset Managers and other business partners to ensure high-quality and comprehensive client service.
- Provide client service including client calls, transaction processing, and accurate record-keeping in Mosaic.
- Identify and escalate complex requests to Lenox Asset Management Leadership.
- Manage additional deposits and withdrawals from clients’ accounts, including expediting wire transfers, distributions, withdrawals, ACAT’s, and portfolio rebalancing.
- Generate client proposals under the direction of Relationship Managers and/or Asset Managers.
- Foster a developing understanding of investment programs and update internal marketing platforms.
- Support VP, Operations Manager in completing special projects as required.
- Create relationships with Lenox vendors to facilitate account maintenance.
- Assist Relationship Managers in conducting Asset Management business without Asset Manager involvement.
- Become proficient in evolving broker-dealer technology related to new account onboarding and reporting.
- Become proficient in evolving custodian technology, including Charles Schwab, Fidelity, National Financial Services (NFS), and more.
Current Responsibilities
- Maintain best-of-breed knowledge on system functionality within various technology platforms, including Mosaic, A360, ProGen, WealthScape, Envestnet, Tamarac, RightBridge, Broadridge, and DST Vision.
- Manage Net Flow Reporting and event processes in MOSAIC.
Education And/or Experience
- 1-3 years prior investment/client relationship/sales experience.
- Familiarity with sophisticated investment solutions designed for high net worth individuals.
- Proficiency in developing asset allocation strategies.
