This position is onsite in Fort Worth, TX.

About the role

The Asset Manager will focus on tactical execution and strategic supply planning for the H1 Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract, driving schedule and priorities for manufacture and repair to meet USMC Fleet readiness and material requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of H1 PBL contract to provide spare and repair support.
  • Expedite supply to support customer requirements through all levels of the supply chain.
  • Support forecast accuracy by analyzing demand patterns to identify potential supply shortfalls.
  • Material allocation management.
  • Excess material identification, root cause analysis, and disposition of excess material.
  • Track, analyze, and document data to support performance review meetings with internal & external customers.
  • Manage wholesale inventory to support USMC operations.
  • Utilize government-sponsored, depot-level, repair of reparable (ROR) tracking and discrepancy reporting systems, including Commercial Asset Visibility System (CAVS) and Supply Discrepancy Report System (SDRS).
  • Report metrics that provide visibility into supply support cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
  • Contribute to the utilization of earned value management principles and applications to ensure an integrated management system that coordinates work scope, schedule, risk, and cost goals.
  • Coordinate activities with USG customer, 3PL, and Bell Operations to support contract objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred degree in Logistics, Business Management, or Supply Chain.
  • At least 5 years of experience in aviation logistics, sustainment, or supply chain.
  • Knowledge of SAP is required.
  • Aviation support, logistics work experience, or Military Logistics/Supply Chain Management is preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, with intermediate/strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
