Description

Support the execution of strategic business plans across an institutional-quality industrial portfolio.

Track performance against underwriting assumptions and operational objectives.

Develop and maintain property-level asset management plans, including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and market analysis.

Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase Net Operating Income through revenue enhancement, lease optimization, expense management, and operational efficiencies.

Review financial statements, operating reports, budgets, and variance analyses to monitor asset performance and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for senior leadership, investors, and lending partners.

Conduct market research on rents, occupancy trends, supply pipelines, tenant demand, and broader economic drivers impacting industrial real estate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in asset management, acquisitions, investments, valuation, financial analysis, or commercial real estate.
  • Prior exposure to industrial, logistics, distribution, warehouse, or commercial real estate assets preferred.
  • Strong financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and valuation capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and real estate analysis tools.
  • Understanding of real estate operating fundamentals, lease structures, capital expenditures, and investment performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial investment environment.
