About the role

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on legal issues related to intellectual property rights
• Prepare and review contracts and agreements
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Present findings to clients and colleagues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in good standing in a state/jurisdiction
• Passion for intellectual property law
• Experience with patent law and trademark law

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
