Asset Management - RFP US Equity Writer - Associate
About the role
As an RFP writer, you will develop a strong understanding of J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM) by partnering with investment professionals and colleagues across the U.S. equity platform, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and other functions to create accurate, compelling, and client-focused responses. The team works closely with Investment Specialists, Client Advisors, and other subject-matter experts to create, maintain, and deliver high-quality client materials. Through these partnerships, you will build a strong understanding of JPMAM's investment capabilities, products, and client solutions while building expertise across the U.S. Equity platform.
Responsibilities
- Create accurate, compelling, and client-focused RFPs and DDQs, and manage submissions from initial drafting through final production and distribution in accordance with established review and compliance procedures.
- Partner with the investment specialist team, client advisors, legal, risk, and other departments across the firm to source information and data, while building strong working relationships that support high-quality, client-focused responses.
- Maintain and organize investment language within the internally developed content library, and use AI-enabled drafting tools to produce first drafts while improving their output.
- Independently manage the quarterly refresh of standard materials, including updating product profiles, product data, and related standard content.
- Collaborate with colleagues in JPMAM offices globally, ensuring a cohesive and unified approach to delivering high-quality content and solutions.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to quickly develop expertise in new subject areas.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments, consistently meet deadlines, and build effective relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines, work independently with minimal supervision, and collaborate effectively across global teams.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and working knowledge of Excel.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience within asset management or other investment-focused financial services organization.
- General understanding of business risk and compliance procedures.
- Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools to improve efficiency.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and the ability to independently find answers and move work forward.

Pay
We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. Those in eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in the form of cash and/or forfeitable equity, awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
