Asset Management Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute the asset and inventory business plan
• Analyze market trends to identify risks and opportunities
• Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal services
• Establish and monitor project budgets and scopes
• Coach and mentor senior team members

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in asset management or related fields
• Bachelor's degree (or 12 years with advanced degree)
• Proven expertise in developing business plans
• Strong analytical skills to assess risks and opportunities
• Experience managing senior team members

Pay

$163,800 – $200,361 annually
