About the role
Atlantic Group is hiring an Asset Management Associate in Montgomery County, PA for our client, supporting asset management, financial analysis, portfolio reporting, and investment operations within a growing real estate organization. This role will partner closely with finance, operations, and business leaders to analyze portfolio performance, prepare financial reports, support budgeting and forecasting, and deliver insights that drive operational and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyze property financial performance, operating results, occupancy trends, and key performance metrics across the real estate portfolio.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, investor reporting, and other financial reporting to support portfolio management.
- Partner with property management teams to monitor leasing activity, operating expenses, capital projects, and overall asset performance.
- Assist with refinancing activities, lender reporting, property dispositions, and other strategic asset management initiatives.
- Perform financial analysis, market research, and ad hoc reporting to support business decisions and investment strategies.
- Work closely with finance, operations, property management, and leadership to support portfolio objectives and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, real estate finance, property accounting, commercial real estate, or a related field is required.
- Experience supporting commercial real estate, multifamily, or other income-producing real estate assets with knowledge of financial statements and property performance metrics is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
- Experience with Yardi or other property management or real estate software is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment are required.
Pay
$100,000 – $125,000/year + bonus.
Schedule
Monday to Friday (Hybrid).
