About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Triad1828 Centre. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management
• Support residents in developing social skills and independence
• Participate in team meetings to discuss resident progress and plan activities
• Document resident interactions and progress in a timely manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Basic computer skills
• First aid/CPR certification (preferred)
