About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Conducting initial assessments, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media inquiries from customers.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently using CRM tools and internal knowledge bases.
- Evaluate customer needs and provide personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Escalate difficult or complex issues to supervisors or technical support teams.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Contribute to team goals by participating in regular training sessions and feedback meetings.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and platforms.
