After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting.Duration: 3-month contractLocation: Greenwood Village, CO (Hybrid) What You’ll Be DoingWork through various loan portfolios and complete detailed credit reviews.Reviews typically run 2–4 weeks per portfolio/project.Anticipate approximately 3 different review projects during the initial contract.Each portfolio may contain approximately 25–65 loans, depending on portfolio size and risk.Review booked loans and evaluate:Credit qualityCredit administrationLoan documentationApprovalsUnderwritingServicing requirementsSupporting financial and legal documentationAnalyze financial statements, credit narratives, spreadsheets, loan files, and related documentation.Identify credit/risk concerns and areas where processes or credit administration can be improved.Document findings and support preparation of review workpapers and reports. What We’re Looking ForTargeting approximately 10 years of credit experience in commercial banking.Must be commercial/corporate lending, not primarily consumer lending.Strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in:Commercial creditCorporate creditCommercial bankingCredit risk/reviewMicrosoft Office experience.Salesforce is a plus but not requiredBasic typing/data-entry skills are important.
