Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting with the writing of study specific operations manuals for cognitive assessments and driving simulator.
- Conducting rater training on protocol specific scales, as appropriate.
- Conducting rater certification on protocol specific scales, as appropriate.
- Conducting rater surveillance on protocol specific scales, as appropriate.
- Implementing procedures for effective data management in a variety of forms (e.g., Word documents, video files, Excel).
- Cataloging / recording incoming data via Excel trackers or other methodology as applicable.
- Escalating issues when appropriate (e.g., missing data, mislabeled data).
- Ensuring file naming conventions are adhered to properly.
- Adding and editing users in various data portals (e.g., Dropbox, video sharing platforms, online forms).
- Communicating with study sites and updating the CRC team.
- Investigating data questions proposed by the team.
- Recognizing and upholding digital security systems to protect delicate information.
- Scheduling trainings to be conducted by the CRC team.
- Learning and utilizing new software/websites (e.g., Monday.com, Google Forms, Dropbox.com, video management websites).
Qualifications
- BA/BS or Master’s degree, preferably in life science, pharmacy or related subject, or an equivalent education, training and experience.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Expertise in Excel, Word, Outlook, and experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
- File management experience (Windows 10 or higher).
- Excel skills such as creating formulas, use of macros, use of pivot tables, vlookup, etc. (alternatively, must be capable of rapidly and successfully learning these skills).
- Experience in psychological assessment (psychometry) is desired, but not required.
- Ability to travel
