About the Role

Join Senior Helpers as a part-time, flexible contract Registered Nurse (RN) to perform nursing assessments for our valued clients in Northern Utah. This role offers 6-12 hours per month, with the freedom to schedule visits (typically 30-45 minutes each) at your convenience. Serve Cache, Box Elder, and occasionally Weber counties in the first position, or Weber, Davis, and occasional visits to Morgan and Summit counties in the second.

Responsibilities

• Manage, perform, and document initial and ongoing nursing assessments using our exclusive Life Profile platform, including thorough safety risk and skilled nursing evaluations.
• Conduct combined Life Profile and skilled assessments as a licensed medical professional for follow-up visits.
• Utilize WellSky for personal care documentation, plus access to SHNU and SHWM accounts for scheduling, uploading client documents, and creating/editing care plans.
• Familiarize yourself with specialized training like Senior Gems for dementia care to enhance client support.

Pay

• Attractive per-visit pay: $45-$60 per visit (first position) or $45-$65 per visit (second position), varying by county and client type (Private or VA).
