Monday to Friday 6PM to 230AM Oakwood Springs, part of Lifepoint Behavioral Health, nationally known healthcare organization with diversified delivery network with facilities from coast to coast, seeks passionate, patient-centric, and goal-oriented team members to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Clerk assesses the needs of walk-in and phone callers to ensure their referral to the service or resource to best address those needs.
• Clerks assist in scheduling initial psychiatric assessments on patients seeking treatment of substance abuse, dual diagnosis, or psychiatric or emotional disorders and present symptoms to psychiatrists for best recommendations of care.
• Clerks refer and triage patients to other sources of treatment when appropriate.
• Clerks answer all inquiry calls regarding treatment and the facility, present treatment options, document calls, and set appointments for callers seeking treatment.
• Clerks work with the business office to ensure a smooth transition into the admission process.

Qualifications

• A high school degree or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have experience with clerical duties.
