About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assessment Controller to join our team in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security control assessment and a deep understanding of various security standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security control assessments to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Evaluate and interpret security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, and PCI.
• Assess adherence to privacy laws and cybersecurity control operations.
• Provide recommendations for improving security controls and processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security control assessment.
• In-depth knowledge of security standards including ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, and PCI.
• Familiarity with privacy laws and cybersecurity control operations.
